Chieftec Matrix case

The front USB ports on the case do not work. It is not the mobo because the
D-bracket that came with my MSI mobo is functioning when plugged into the
same mobo pins that I tried for the from case USB ports.

I'm assuming that the wiring to the front ports is screwed but I didn't get
any schematic with the case. In fact, I don't see how the front panel comes
off to get at the ports. There are several other vendors using this same
case, or something that looks very similar, but none of these sites are any
help.

Can anyone tell me:
1. How the front panel comes off and

2. Where I might find a wiring diagram?

TIA,

Wayne

Most front panels are held on by plastic 'hooks' which are located down
the sides of the front panel. With both side panels off, you should see
these poking through near the front of the caseon both sides.

LOL

Most cheap, shitty cases, you mean.
But then again some of them are screwed on and others just pull off.

For my own part, I have never had a thought which I could not set down
in words with even more distinctness than that with which I conceived
it. There is, however, a class of fancies of exquisite delicacy which
are not thoughts, and to which as yet I have found it absolutely
impossible to adapt to language. These fancies arise in the soul, alas
how rarely. Only at epochs of most intense tranquillity, when the
bodily and mental health are in perfection. And at those weird points
of time, where the confines of the waking world blend with the world of
dreams. And so I captured this fancy, where all that we see, or seem,
is but a dream within a dream.
