Checking for latest updates?

I think I have all the latest updates for IE6 installed,
but I am not sure. How can I check without actually
downloading all the updates and installing them?

Have you heard of the Windows Updates web page
(http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/)?

When you visit the update site it should automatically check what updates
you have installed and only present those updates in the Review and Install
list.

Thanks, didn't realise that included IE updates as well.
