Chat?

Does anyone know how to set up a chat with a friend, where you and your
friend can chat. Example: I have a friend in Japan that I would like to chat
with. Does anyone know how to do this?

You can use Windows Messenger which is already on your computer if you are
using XP. Look under Start>All Programs.

set up messanger first, then invite your friend to chat and be on your
messanger list of contacts
