Chat problems

When I go for a chat I cannot see my or other people posts unless I refresh
or reload (depends on chat) each time. Can anyone help?

What kind of chat? Where? Using IE or an instant messenger?

Using IE, not messenger...messenger is working correctly, chat is on
www.shoes.com.br

thx a lot but it still didn't help, I cleaned up my pc but problem
remains...any other ideas?
