Changing User Logon Names Automatedly

Hi All,

Good Day.
I just want to ask your assistance in changing User Logon Names of number of
User Objects on our Windows 2000 based domain. We have more than 5000 users
and we are planning of changing the User Logon Names/UPN of the users based
from their first name,initials and last name that are currently specified on
the users attribute(first name,initials and last name) on the user AD account
properties. Could someone provide me the steps and tools on doing this
migration from getting/exporting the entries like the (First Name, last name,
initials and display name) of the User account up to importing/migrating the
new User logon Name to the right user object.

Your help are greatly appreciated.
