Hi All,

When I add new users to Windows 2000 server, after type in user's first name
and last name I want to logon name as first name + last name initial and
email address as firstname initial + lastname. Where should I config that I
can get this.

Thanks

Jeff

For the username, you'll want to set their PreWindows 2000 name to
FirstNameLastInitial ... just type it in. For the email, you can type it
into the email address item on the user's property page. With Exchange, you
can automate the email alias. I believe you would configure the recipient
policy to be %g1%[email protected] to be first initial followed by the last
name.
