Create User Logon Name

Hi!

Is there a way to create user logon name automatic based on First Name Last
Name?
If I add a new user named John Smith when a User Logon Name is automatic
created
like josmth.
That was possible in Exchange 5.5. Don't know how to do it in AD.

There is no such feature in the Active Directory Users and Computers snapin.

Ok, can I use ADSI edit?
I used it to change displayname from "First Name Last Name" to "Last Name,
First Name".
