Changing Thumbnail picture from a video in Windows Explorer

Hi, I hope someone can help me figure this out. I have lots of video
clips on my pc. All types of files...mpg, avi, divx..you name it. I
have them in a folder in "My Pictures". The problem is that I have the
view set to "Thumbnails" and the frame that shows up is usually the
first one of the clip which tends to be just a black screen or maybe
credits. Is there any way for me to change the frame that's used for
the thumbnail so it can be an image that would help me identify the
clip?

Thanks in Advance!

Not as far as I know, also I don't know if there is any 3rd party software
that can.
