Thumbnail Problem In Video Folder

I usually have the "thumbnails" view in a folder that contains video
clips but I have noticed that the thumbnail doesn't always show a
thumbnail relating to that particular clip .It shows a thumbnail to
another clip within the same folder .The name is ,however correct .
Any idea what causes that to happen .

Stupid me .Thx for that but what I didn't say was that the folder (s)
ar on an external USB Hard Drive .

I think I've sorted it .Right Clicking/Select All then FILE /Refresh
Thumbnails ..seems to have done it .
