Changing the incoming fax location

I have a client who is having a problem where he is receiving all his
incoming faxes to his desktop and would like to change the location where he
gets them. We've tried going into the properties for the Fax queue in
Printers and Faxes and changing the location on the Archive tab. We've even
tried turning it off, but he is still getting them on his desktop whenever he
receives a fax. Is there any other place we should be going to change this?

Quick update --- the OS is Windows XP Professional with service pack 2.

We also tried setting the path for the incoming faxes in the Archive tab and
then testing. The fax appears on the desktop instead of in the path we set. I
checked the propertied of the folder we set and couldn't find any kind of
redirection or anything. Is there a spot in the registry where I can look for
this?
