Changing program to read PDF files in Windows Mail

Windows Mail wants to use Adobe 5.1 and I now have Adobe 8.0 installed.
Adobe 8.0 is used in other contexts, e.g. for documents in a folder and in
IE. How do I get Windows Mail to change?
