Using windows xp sp2. I typed in a login name and password, windows saved it
for me. I misstyped the login name, how do I change it to the correct
spelling. Where is it saved at? Thanks

Hi,

Is this your username login? If so, you can change the name that appears
under the users applet in the control panel. This will change the name on
the account, but not the name of the userprofile folder. To do that requires
that you create a new account with the preferred name.

No this is the user name on a different forum. I will see if the
autocomplete that Thorsten mentioned will fix it.
