changing language us -> de

Hello!
I have to install a softwae which wants to have a german windows.
We are using windows 2000 in english (because all our software is the
english version). The software was installed, but after a server crash
an buggy backups i have to reinstall it . I tried to change the
"Regional options" to grman, but i did not help.

Are here any other options i can toggle for having a "germanized"
windows?

Datev. (some kind of banking software. They are making a lot of
things, i.e. calculating the taxes you have to pay, calculate salary,
etc.)

So i have 5 days, or no salary

You cannot upgrade or convert from one language version of the OS
to another, so you'll have to purchase and use the full version of
German Win2K to perform a clean installation.
