changing IP address

hello there
can anyone tell me how I can change my IP address to one that would be recognised by uk web sites as being a uk ip address, I am in the uk and need to download some files, but the UK web site I want to dl them from only dls to uk based IP addresses and apparently mine is not a uk based IP address

you can't change your ip in that way, your best bet would be to use a uk
proxy, it'll be slower tho too.
