Changing HOME PAGE

HELP! For some reason when I go to change my HOME PAGE by
going to TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, GENERAL tab, the HOME
PAGE dialog box is "grayed out" and not active - Does
anyone know WHY? I need to change my Home Page but with
this essentailly inactive I have no way to do this -

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each need to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
Make sure you include the section on Cool Web Shredder.
If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
