Antispyware beta reset my home page - Help!

I just installed MS antispyware beta. The next time I opened IE my home page
was reset to MSN. If I select Tools, Internet Options, the home page option
is now grayed out.

In Antispyware beta there is an advanced tool to reset the home page, but it
does not work, as when I change the home page away from MSN, it accepts my
input but does not change the actual setting.
