Home Page Default - Can' change it - IE6.0

Suddenly the Tools/Internet Options/General Tab has
changed. The area that allows you to change which page
to use for your home page is greyed out and will not
allow changes. The 'Use Current', 'Use Default',
and 'Use Blank' buttons are inactive and cannot be
selected. Any ideas as to why this changed and how I can
regain control of my Browser?

Thanks, the instructions on that page fixed the problem.
However, there is still a mystery since I have been using
SpyBot 1.2 for some months now and look for updates about
once a week. My security settings were already set as
suggested on mvps.org page. The fix was the
UnlockHomePage.reg download and Merge.
