Home Page CanNOT be changed..!

Home Page/Use Current/Use Default/Use Blank greyed out & Can not be
changed..!

I quite often like to change my home page..!

1) Why/how has this happened..?
2) How do I re-enable the options..?

Sounds like you've been hijacked.
Go to The Major Geeks and download/install the needed tools to regain
control of your computer.

Try this registry patch:

http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/UnlockHomePage.reg

Download, right-click and select merge.

Reboot and test.

After that read this:

Prevent your "HomePage" setting from being Hijacked
