Hi ... If I view my home page under Internet Options its greyed out , So I
can't change my home page setting , How can I correct this ?? Thanks

Try the following and see if it helps:
Can't Change Homepage
http://www.fjsmjs.com/IE/homepage.htm
If you have SpyBot S&D installed, go to the "Immunize" section.
Is "Lock IE Start Page Settings" ticked?
If so, uncheck it.
