Can't change HOME PAGE

Can't change the home page on my home computer. Under
TOOLS, etc. it's grey-out so that I can not make an
entry. I am the "administrator" and only user listed as
such. Any help greatly appreciated.

Hi Larry,

Remove IE Restrictions. Download a fix from:
http://mvps.org/sramesh2k/reg/IE_reset_restrictions.reg

This occurs if you have enabled the following options in SpyBot: [Tip from
Mike Burgess]
"Lock IE start page against user changes"
"Lock IE control panel against opening from within IE"

Also, download Ad-Aware from www.lavasoftusa.com, scan the system and
eliminate the malware products. Re-apply the above fix if necessary. **
Update the pattern file using WebUpdate in Ad-Aware **
