Changing dual boot timing

Hello all XP experts,
Could you please help me - I would like to change the length of time that my PC waits before booting
In the moment, it waits 30 seconds before booting XP rather than Win98, I would like to change this to 3 seconds
Any tips on how to do it would be much appreciated!
