Help - Dual Boot Question

J

Jim

I have XP Pro installed on my primary HD. I just added a second HD to my
system and installed Vista Ultma on it. Everything works fine except the
computer boots to Vista instead of XP. I checked my bios and well as the
boot menu and both indicate I should be booting to disk 0 (XP) instead of
disk 1 (Vista).

What I see when the computer boots is a menu with Vista highlighted - if I
do nothing it boots to Vista. The second choice is "Another Operating
System, that's what I have to switch to get the XP boot.

My question is how can I change the boot order without messing up my system?
I know from past experience that fooling with the boot order can cause
problems.

Suggestions greatly appreciated.
