Changing default for email reply

Whenever I reply to certain messages, my system chooses my personal email
account instead of the exchange email account. I have set my mail to default
to the exchange server, and when I originate messages they are coming from
the exchange account, but when I reply to existing messages, I get the notice
at the top that "This message will be sent via ------(personal account)".
How can I set the default for my message reply to the exchange server?
Thanks

Outlook should always reply to a message using hte account that received the
message. So if you received the message via your personal account, that's
what Outlook will use when you reply. You'll need to use the Accounts
button to change it, if you want to reply via your other account.

It should, but it doesn't. My primary email address is my ITP provider
([email protected]) and I use it for personal matters, but my
preferred email address is associated with my business' website
([email protected]). I've changed my default setting to use the latter.

When if start a new message, Outlook automatically goes to default and uses
the latter. YAY!
But when I reply to a message - regardless of which email address that
message was originally sent to - Outlook chooses the former, my roadrunner
address. BOO!

This is a royal pain as I have to try to remember each time whether I'm
replying to one of my customers or sending a new message. No matter how hard
I try to catch them, my customer emails often end up with my personal return
address.
