Changing default folder for saved templates

I have created an outlook template that cannot be sent by distribution list
but will be sent to 100 individual emails. Can I change the default folder so
I do not have to make multiple selections each time I retrieve my template?
 
yes, you can place it anywhere, hyperlink it to a toolbar button or store it
in your pst - make a folder called templates or put it in drafts.
