I had Windows Me and now i changed for Windows XP but my
CD/RW is not working.. Could u help me?

Reinstall the CD Burner software or upgrade the CD Burner software.

BTW, you don`t say what CD Burner you have, what software you have.
OR what you mean by not working - not reading/ burning/powering up..
nothing.
