CD-RW Problem

I had properly working Windows XP SP1 with one CD-ROM drive. Then I installed
second CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive (model GCC-4482B). Now I can see Recording tab in
CD-RW Properties, recording on CD-RW is enabled. Nevertherless Windows
CD-writing wizard can not write on CD-RW after PC reboot. Each time I have to
manually disable/enable recording on CD-RW. Only after that Windows can write
on CD-RW.
