Changed my screen?!

I...I have no idea what I did! My screen just shifted! It looks like this now!

If anyone could tell me how to flip my screen back to normal, with the start
bar/menu down at the bottom, I'd really appriciate it! Thank you!

You have rotated your display. a number of graphics cards have hot keys to
achieve this. Try holding the Ctrl and the Alt key and press the up arrow
(cursor control key)
