Change the Right Click Menu

I know you can do this because I had it customized on my
XP comp before I reformatted, now I can't find it again! I
know other windows have C:/Windows/Sendto where you can
easily customize it, but i forget where XP's is . I
thought it was somewhere in C:/Documents and Settings but
i can't find it. good luck heh
