Change language on xp

Is it possible to change the language in xp? i have it on my mother tounge
and want to change to english

No, if you want Windows XP in English, you need to buy Windows XP in
English.

Look closer, that changes the Regional settings not the language of Windows.
The language of Windows is still the same.

This is not the Multi Language User Interface which is only available to
Volume License users and a few others.
