Change IP on DC

I want to change the IP on one of the DCs on my 2000 network. It also is DHCP and DNS server
My first thought is to change the DNS entry from himself to another DC, delete the DHCP scope and make a new afterwards and then change the IP
There is also a site and a subnet created from AD Sites and Services with his IP. I guess I will have to delete it and make a new

Can anyone tell me if all the above are correct??

Any proposals or Microsoft KBs are welcome (I have didn't find anything)

Personally I think I would temporarily make the server multihomed having
both the new and old ip addresses valid. Make the changes inside DHCP so
that the clients get the new address for DNS/WINS etc... You can make both
DNS and DHCP listen on all addresses. Next wait for your leases to expire
and then remove the old address.
