To all,
We have DC/DHCP/DNS/RRAS on said "SERVER". The IP of SERVER is
192.168.100.100
I assigned a static IP address pool, 192.168.100.10 ~ 20 on RRAS.
Since then, if I PING SERVER, it replies with 192.168.100.10 instead of
192.168.100.100

If I configure RRAS to get an IP from DHCP. I will get a "whatever" IP other
than .100 if I PING SERVER. The "whatever" IP creates himself in DNS as the
SERVER.

Please advise!

Thanks
Cal

See Microsoft public article 292822 to resolve this by making registry entries to disable the
RRAS from making DNS entries.

Thanks,
Gary
