Active Directory stops working after 2 days

It's third time i've been setting it up but the same problem rises. After
two days clients DHCP service can't find DHCP server and assignes IP
addresses automatically out of 255.255.255.0 subnet so when i ping DC
"destination host unreachable" message appears.

Domain controler:
IP: 192.168.0.11
DHCP scope 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.250 with excluded range 192.168.0.1 to
192.168.0.20
DHCP authorized
DNS configured automatically when setting up AD

Clients:
Configured to obtain IP automatically
Primary DNS: 192.168.0.11

Thanks.

Looks like you are using subnet 0 unless I forgot my Class C subnetting
You may want to use a valid range like say 192.168.10.1 - 250

and why do u have a DHCP scope setup to include a range of addresses that
you then exclude?
why not just start at 21 - 250 and just skip the 1st 20 all together
