Is there a way to change the Icon of a .chm file ?

I would prefer to include a different icon as a resource if that is possible.

Control Panel > Folder Options > File Types

You can specify any icon from a DLL/EXE icon resource or from an ICO file.

I left out that I would like to use a custom icon just for one particular chm file.

I can do it manually, but then I have two files to deal with.

Maybe I can find a utility to convert the .chm to an .exe and add an icon resource to it.
