Change editor when I click "View Source" on a web page

How do I change the editor that is used when I click "View Source" on a web
page? The default, Notepad, is about the worst editor ever! I use TextPad
(http://www.textpad.com) instead of Notepad for everything else, as it is
light-years ahead of Notepad! TIA!

An option is to completely replace Notepad with TextPad, as I have
done for many years.
Look in here for TXPlink

Note! Ensure you get the right one for your particular version of
TextPad and operating system.
Follow the instructions carefully.
