Change default e-mail Account

I have an AOL account (soon to be cancelled) and I have a Verizon e-mail
account that is my primary e-mail address accessed via Outlook.

When I want to send a file from the folder directory - I right click and
select: Send To, then Mail Recipient. AOL opens and attaches the
document(s) to an AOL e-mail instead of Outlook.

How can I change this default?
