Change color of Outlook headers. EX: I rec an email w/red headers

I received an email with RED headers in "From" and "Subject" areas.
I asked the sender how it was done and got a partial reply (below) which is
not enough to go by. I'd like to know how to do this. Here is the partial
reply. (please respond to: sharehouse at verizon.net). Thanx! (Outlook 2003)

" the headers exercise a bug in outlook. i forget where I got the idea
from, but one sets the "Reply-By" and "X-Message-Flag" headers. google
those and you may come up w/an explanation"

it's not a bug - it's has a flag with a reminder set the due date is passed.
