Headers

I Get a lot of Spam and attempted to report those email to my ISP,
by fowarding them, they sent me back an email, stating that they could not
process my request because they recieved no message headers at all; with the
over ten messages that I sent them. I then got my ISP service department on
the phone and inquired as to how I could insure that they recieve the
required message headers. They gave me instructions to open a message and
select the <file menu>, then highlight <Properties> , then select the
<Details Tab>, but in Outlook 2002 SP2 there is only a general Tab. the only
place that I have been able to find any kind of header was by Highlighting
the e-mail in question, right clicking and selecting <options>. Were I saw a
listing under Internet Headers. What is the Deal?? If any one can help please
reply. Signed *.* thanks

Your ISP gave you the instructions for Outlook Express, an unrelated, poorly
named, email/nntp client bundled with Windows operating systems.

Since you are using Outlook, to get the full headers you would
open the email message.
view-->options
Then look at the internet headers box.
You can copy/paste that content.

I know it is not the most sensible location, but not many people access that
information. That information is also in your ISP's SMTP Server logs as
well.
