Field Columns (headers) are constantly changing

I am using Outlook 2003 with latest updates, service packs, etc. I am
constantly needing to change the headers in my inbox, sent, and archives. I
have multiple folders under "Inbox", "Sent", and "Archive", and not all of
the folders change, just random ones (usually the same ones though). I will
be in Outlook one moment, and all the folders are what I want them to be -
normal (in "Inbox" the headers have who they are From and the Received Date.
In "Sent" they have who they are To and the Sent Date). But then I will go
into another folder or another program, come back, and the headings have
changed. One or few of my Inbox folders have changed with a "To" and "Sent"
column, and one or so of my Sent folders have changed with "From" and
"Recieved" columns. I have been working on this issue for quite some time
now and can't figure it out. If anyone has any information about this
issue......PLEASE HELP!!

Start Outlook once with the switch /cleanviews

Start | Run | outlook.exe /cleanviews

This parameter recreates the standard views. Then change them for your
requirements -- you have to do it for each folder seperatly -- and see
if the issue still persists.
