chabge boot up screen

I want to change my windows XP boot up screen to a a
different windows Xp boot up screen. I tried its with
hthe instruction i got with the programs but it didn't
work and i want to know how to change the screen totally.
 
Oh, and one more thing: Don't forget to backup original ntoskrnl.exe file.
