CDROM INOP

Upgraded from 2000 Pro to XP Pro and my LTN403 CDROM will
not work it is recognized and has the yellow asterisk,
compaq says just load XP again that would be nice but I
need a CDROM to do that, I have done the driver search
for drivers for hours , no drivers for LTN403???

So many people have problems with garbage left behind
when they upgrade over the old OS. I always do a clean
install and have very few hassles.
