CDR and DVD RW Drives have gone

Both of my CD and DVD drives have gone, they are in the BIOS, In the device
manager they appear with yellow flags I have deleted and reinstalled to the
same problem, they seemed to vanish after an auto update? the problem is I
don't know which one? It says driver conflicts? I can't find the drivers
anywhere, I have search the sony website, I really don't want to reinstall
windows, does anyone know a remedy?
I have tried all the things I can think of?

Thank you José, removing both sets of filters seems to have done the trick.
