I think the OP was looking for packet writing software. There's no freeware
packet writing software that I know of.

Here's a direct d/l link for abCD. Probably the best of the packet writers.
More info in my dandies below.

The browser says contacting the site and stays there forever. Is there
any problem with the site? Or is it with Opera which alone I use?

TIA

Which site? The d/l link? It wrapped, copy and paste it rather than
clicking.

My site? No, no problem

Please stop announcing programs before you have it, it works, and you can
give an url to the program on the web.

A few other tips for you:

When replying, delete all quoted lines except a few which show what you are
replying too.

Restrict yourself, don't post several messages about the same thing.
You will never succeed if you irritate people, try to understand how to
treat people and newsgroups so you make friends instead of enemies.

Most people have no access to the binaries newsgroups, because most
newsservers do not carry them anymore.
So publishing a program in a binaries newsgroup reaches only a few people.

Use web space instead.

Announcements of the type: Babya will acquire, or plans to acquire, or will
maybe some day acquire something do not belong in this newsgroup.

Announce only software which is already existing, working, and placed at a
web space people can access. Always give the URL to the program you are
talking about.
