How do I uninstall XP CD Burning Software?

I use Nero InCD to enable by CD Recorder to work like a floppy with a RW-CD. Since installing Quicken 2004 I have been uable to directly backup my data to the RW-CD. Quicken says it is a conflict between Nero InCD and XPs CD Burning Software. I would like to uninstall and see if that helps. Win 2000, I just uninstalled the CD Burning Software of Windows Media Player.
