CD Roms

I have lost all cd roms in my computer. I have one dvd
reader, dvd burner and a cd burner. I uninstall them and
refresh the device manager, it finds them but give the
yellow question mark each time it loads them. This is the
error message I get. (This device is not working properly
because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this
device. (Code 31)) I have reloaded the driver several
times but still cannot read the cd roms.
