CD-ROM Drivers

Hi,

I am using win 2000 pro. Somehow dissapper my two CD-ROM
devices lable on my computer. I can't see that labels on
the explorer. Uninstall cdrom drivers and re-install that
drivers again but nothing changed. CD-ROM driver label
shows on the devices manager with error message as
below:"This device is not working properly because Windows
cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code
31)". Please anyone help me.

Some third party CD-Writing Software can cause your computer to exhibit this behavior
if they add entries under the UpperFilters or LowerFilters registry values. For more
