cd-rom problems

Windows XP when i insert a cd the computer automatically
restarts i don't know why but it restarts when i insert
any kind of cd
 
Hi Rachelle,

How long has your computer been doing this and do you remember if there were
any key hardware changes made to your computer or new software installed
prior to this happening?
