CD Rom not showing data

In Window XP my CD Rom is not showing the data on the
disk. It has an assigned letter (F) but will not show the
content on the disk. What can I do to fix this problem?
 
Does this happen with the same CD in any other computers?
have u tried a different CD in the drive?? If other cd's
work then the problem is that one cd has problems.
