CD Rom missing from Explorer

CD rom drives do not show up in Explorer. They exist in
Device Manager with no errors. I compared the device
manager setting with another system with same
configuration. I swapped out CD Rom drives with same
results. I beleive I have a problem in the regestry but
do not know were to look.
