There should be a small pin hole in the front of your drive on the drawer.
Straighten out a paper clip or something else that is skinny but not pointy,
and slide it into that hole. It's a manual eject.
One more thing:
The latest malware making the rounds likes to freeze the CD-ROM drive in
either the open or closed position, via software, so don't apply any force
beyond the paper clip.
