CD-Rom drive not recognized

I cannot access my CD-Rom drive. It was configured as "E".

The last thing I did was to play some music CDs. When I booted the system
this morning my "E" drive is not there. I tried to reinstall it, but that
did not work.

Any suggestions?

That fix worked as I can now access my "E" drive (CD-Rom). However, after I
ran the tweak, I now have an "F" drive listed as a DVD-drive. I can't seem
to get rid of it, and at the risk of losing the "E" drive I'm reluctant to
tinker with removing the tweak.

Any more suggestions?
